Alla Funivia was born as a trattoria-pizzeria that over the years, thanks to the close management of the family Mascolo, who strongly imprinted the traditions of the classical and Mediterranean cuisine, evolved towards a modern restaurant concept inspired by the local cuisine of Brescia. Local dishes were merged with contemporary and cosmopolitan taste without spurring innovation and experimentation. Over the last five years with the professional and keen guidance of the siblings Maria Rosaria, Anna and Giosuè, the children of founders Severio and Virginia, the restaurant-pizzeria at the foot of the Ronchi has been able to undertake a new path dedicated to the highest quality, research of original flavors and attention the different food requirements affectionate of the ever increasing regular clients.
