THE MEAT: “Alla Funivia” uses fine cuts, such as entrecote and sirloin of Australian origin which are particularly tender with a fine taste, in line with the modern trend for preferring pleasantly delicate tender meat.

THE FISH: The restaurant serves shellfish, dishes and raw fish dishes such as tuna tartar and sea fish or fish-fillets. “Alla Funivia” uses fish according to the laws in force  of Hygiene and Food Safety, thereby guaranteeing our clientele both a healthy and safe product, while at the same time, preserving the processing and cooking methods which require minimal  fish manipulation as possible to ensure preservation of freshness, taste and integrity.

Side dishes of fresh seasonal vegetables and homemade desserts complete the Alla Funivia menu.
