Our first courses

The raw materials used are carefully selected according to our high quality attention criteria (we never use glutamates and polyphosphates). We also care for the Brescia area, preferring always local ingredients and suppliers.  “Alla Funivia” does not use ready-to-use products or ready-made products: the proposals on our menu are meticulously prepared in our on – site kitchen by the chef with the goal of presenting first-class dishes highlighting simplicity, goodness and the freshness of  ingredients.
